My name is David Eastham and I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1996 when I started studying exercise science at Youngstown St. I followed that up by studying Kinesiology at CSUN, University of La Verne, and Cal Baptist online.

I have been passionate about sports and fitness since childhood. I have had the pleasure of working with youth and adult clientele during my career. Helping people reach their fitness goals or athletes accomplish their dreams drives me. I constantly strive to learn and improve to provide the cutting edge training and principles for my clients. I have coached high school football, track, and worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school level.

Through the years I have held numerous positions as a kick boxing instructor, head martial arts instructor, personal trainer, head trainer, and gym owner. Recently I was awarded two US patents for fitness equipment design. I love helping people and feel I have not only the best job in the world but, one of the most important.
